Dennis Hopperby ~JuanOsborne

As a tribute to Dennis Lee Hopper, probably the best ‘evil’ ever. After a hard battle against a prostate cancer he passes away on May 29.

Easy Rider, Apocalypse Now, Blue Velvet, Speed… the list of movies is endless.

Yes I know… there was a lot of troubles in his life but he was one of the few free minds out there.

For this image I took about one thousand comments that people left after his death in this site and counted the most commonly used words. I find quite interesting that the first most used words are ‘one’, ‘great’, ‘movie’, ‘man’. So I will use it as image title.

I was looking for the word "goodbye" and found this piece. A hommage to one very unique and talented man, that passed away last year.
Not only does it contain the words people felt about his death, showing how admired he is and how much he will be missed, but it also looks fantastic. The type is used to create shading and chiaroscuro in this image, giving a very emotional and captivating appeal. ( Featured by ^pica-ae )
